Joe is a natural born powerhouse of creativity. As a self-taught chef, in 1994 he opened his first restaurant, and by 2001 he had four under his belt. All of which are unique unto themselves with cuisines such as Mexican, Continental, and classic steakhouse. Joe’s talent didn’t rest on merely opening up the eateries; he got busy planning, designing, and decorating - both the dining rooms and the kitchens; form and function. He admits that having designed and worked in his own professional kitchens has given him an edge in his current residential projects. Understanding the flow and functionality of a working kitchen is as important to him as the aesthetics he and his wife, Jennifer, work to achieve. The two of them together can make dreams come true for their clients.
Joe has built houses from the ground up, as well as large and small additions, and renovation projects for kitchens and baths. Joe will personally render a client’s floor plan and basic elevation drawings. Di More is also accustomed to working with the clients architect (or our architect of choice) in order to fully complete each project.
